The best quilt plaza is the Quilt of Remembrance, which honors the victims of the 1996 Olympic bombing. The marble in these monuments is from five continents, and the inscriptions inscribed on the walls tell the story of Atlanta's Olympic Games.

A CNN Center tour is a great way to see the inner workings of the network and learn how news is produced and aired. The tour includes a visit to the newsroom's special effects studio and the opportunity to take a souvenir photo behind the news desk. Children's Museum of Atlanta


The Children's Museum of Atlanta in Downtown Atlanta is the premiere destination for families with young children. The museum has an interactive toddler area, year-round exhibits, and special events for kids. It's located near the Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coca-Cola, and restaurants and hotels.

The museum was renovated and expanded to accommodate more visitors. There's also a 3,000-square-foot mezzanine on the second floor, a two-story climbing structure, and a wide selection of permanent exhibits. The museum's goal is to make learning fun and interesting for children.
