Refund Policy

At Social Cali, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional marketing services. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refunds for Services: All services are provided on a month-to-month basis, and payments are non-refundable. If a client is dissatisfied with our service, they may request a review of their case by emailing support@socialcali.com. Any refunds issued are at the sole discretion of Social Cali and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Work in Progress: No refunds will be provided for work already performed or in progress during the subscription period.

Cancellation Policy

Our clients enjoy the flexibility of month-to-month agreements with Social Cali. Should you need to cancel, please adhere to the following:

  • Notice Requirement: Cancellations require a 30-day notice. This ensures that our team can properly wrap up services and deliver any outstanding deliverables.
  • How to Cancel: To initiate a cancellation, send an email to support@socialcali.com or call us at 1-415-888-9561. Please provide your business name, contact information, and a brief reason for the cancellation request.
  • Final Billing Cycle: If the cancellation request is received during an active billing cycle, services will continue until the end of that cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
